Description: The purpose of this ordinance is to control stormwater in order to minimize erosion. The communities topography and shallow bedrock make it of primary concern. The ordinance sets forth a variety of control methods in order to reach their goal, as well as a method for approval, review, and enforcement of stormwater management and erosion control plans for site development.
