Description: The intent of Chapter 88 of the Town Code for the Town of West Seneca is to employ pest-control strategies that are the least hazardous to human health and the environment, and to adopt an integrated pest management program that places first priority on the utilization of nonchemical management practices. There is a national effort by local governments to reduce and eventually eliminate the use of pesticides hazardous to human health, safety and the environment. This chapter shall apply solely to the actions of the town or its contractors or subcontractors.
